Pricing questions

How much is BusiDash?

Starter is $7 a month. Pro is $19 a month and includes you plus 2 team members; each extra person is $4 a month. Prices are in US dollars.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets 14 days of Pro free, with no credit card. When the trial ends you pick Starter or Pro.

What's founder pricing?

If you join before January 1, 2027, Pro is $14 a month for as long as you stay subscribed, instead of $19.

Do you take a percentage of my payments?

No. Online payments go through your own Stripe account. You pay Stripe's normal rate (2.9% + 30¢ for cards), and BusiDash never adds a fee on top.

Are automatic texts included?

Automatic reminder texts are part of Pro on a paid subscription. They aren't included in the free trial because every text has a real carrier cost. Sending a text from your own phone with one tap is always free on every plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are month to month. You can manage or cancel your plan from Settings, and you can download all of your data first.

What are Dash AI credits?

Dash is the built-in AI assistant. Starter includes 20 credits a month and Pro includes 150. A question or request uses a credit; Pro users can buy 100 more for $3 if they run out.
