Your CSV needs one column named Name. Every other column (Phone, Email, Address, whatever you have) automatically becomes its own labeled section on each card — nothing is lost.
Export a report from QuickBooks (a P&L or transaction list) as a CSV. Your file needs a Name (or Description) column and an Amount column. Choose what these rows are below.
